Benjamin, thank you for report. Could you test, is this issue still present in 2.2.20? Also what do you mean by zombies? Readink link you've provided I'm not sure we need to provide such option by default as linux can cope with really large number of sockets and personally I don't see the reason to enable this option by default. If you wish you may try to enable that ./configure switch localy by putting EXTRA_ECONF="--disable-v4-mapped" into /etc/portage/env/www-servers/apache . That said I need more information from you to debug this problem further and in addition to question to comment 1 tell me please, do you have parallel startup enabled? What network configuration do you have? Closing as NEEDINFO for now. |
