New version of mjpegtools v1.6.1.92 (27 november 2003)
newer than lastest in portage (v1.6.1.91)

Seems also to compile succesfully (see bug #37080)

An ebuild rename will do, the -fPIC patch applies without trouble.
(Just put it in my overlay because of compile problems with 1.6.1.91)
