emerge complains about kdelibs-4.6.3-r2 being masked.
I checked the ebuild. It is not.
I tried to remove /usr/portage/*
synced again. Did not help.
emerge --regen. did not help.

an overlay was messing around (poly-c).
I removed for now. Will see how to handle heimdall, which was the reason I installed the overlay.
