Build log for tac_plus 4.0.4.19

If building tac_plus from scratch, means w/o having it installed already on the system, tac_plus won't build.

The error message says:

x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-ar cru .libs/libtacacs.a  libtacacs_la-md4.o libtacacs_la-md5.o libtacacs_la-packet.o
/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/4.4.5/../../../../x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ld: cannot find -ltacacs

I don't get this error if i am having tac_plus-4.0.4.19 already installed it from a previously precompiled package on my system. It looks like a chicken and egg problem.

Bummer, looks like on a completely other system it builds w/o any problems (also AMD64)
I can't reproduce this problem in this bugreport on another system, where tac_plus has not been installed before.

Looks like a linker problem on one of my systems.

Sorry for the confusion, I would propose to solve this particular bugreport.
