The manpage of ps looks like a normal file, it is not formatted like man-pages normally are.
I do not understand the syntax of manpages (i never needed it before ;-) ) but i had a look in ps.1.gz and it seems that some statements like .SH, .I ... are missing.
My version of procps is 3.1.12-r1.

It is fine in 3.1.15 ... lolo, any reason not to bump .15 stable?
