After upgrade to 2.6.39 (using config from 2.6.38-r5) system is unable to boot.
Hangs just after showing this message:

Refined TSC clocksource calibration: 1595.988 MHz.
Switching to clocksource tsc

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade kernel to 2.6.39-gentoo and build it using .config from older gentoo-sources
Actual Results:  
System hangs during boot

Expected Results:  
System booting up
