Bug 368815 – emerge fails for media-libs/gst-plugins-bad-0.10.21 during compile phase

Cannot emerge gst-plugins-bad, and consequently emerge world fails at same point.

Seems to be happening after most of the GCC stuff goes well.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open root shell
2. type "emerge gst-plugins-bad", hit enter
3. wait and see failure

Expected Results:  
Should've completed the compilation step and then moved on to the "Installing..." step of the emerge process.
