With cyrus-2.4 series the default type for all databases is now skiplist.
So the berkdb dependency is now optional and need to be controlled by the berkdb USE flag.
This USE flag can also be applied to the 2.3 series.

Fixed in net-mail/cyrus-imapd-2.4.9.  Thanks for the bug report.
