PyQT4 is failing to build on my system. 

Transcript too big, so putting it in an attachment. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

Fails to build

Expected Results:  
Should build properly.

Been 6 months, still following?  Ensure one or both is in place, re-try.
