Installing gentoo stage1 level 20031228. Same results on 2 different systems. After untaring the stage1 and chroot, when I issued env-update (per instructions), I got the reported error message. Seems to be cosmetic. Bootstrap was successful. emerge system in progress.

Reproducible: Always

2.
3.
Actual Results:
as described above. depscan.h appears to be MIA.

One attemp chroot from a current gentoo system (Athlon-XP)
