Midnight Commander unable to navigate into zip archives (if hit <enter> on *.zip file)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run mc
2. navigate to some *.zip archive
3. hit <enter> on it
Actual Results:  
nothing happens (no errors, warnings, etc)

Expected Results:  
the contents of given zip archive should appear

The same issue with *.jar, *.war, etc

With other archives (gz, bz2, etc) works fine.

It seems Samuli found the real cause.

I witnessed the same behavior as Viacheslav (with file-5.07).
I have updated file to version 5.07-r1 and I can now descend to zip archives as before.
