Some dual-lifed modules in perl's dist/ directory are newer, have a higher VERSION number than the modules on CPAN.

Our problem: modules installed by packages from the perl-core category will hide/replace the core modules.

Solutions:
- only add perl-5.14.0 as provider for the virtual/ of those dual-life distributions. Which means we have to mask/keyword these virtuals as dev-lang/perl.
- we pester upstream to release updates
- ?

I just started to update the virtuals and found:
- Attribute-Handlers
- Net-Ping
- Locale-Maketext

Solution:
- We compare the versions and ignore the minor changes:

  Attribute-Handlers: only spelling fixes,
  Net-Ping: spelling in Ping.pm, Test->Test::More migration
  Locale-Maketext: spelling, no warnings 'once' in Maketext.pm

perl-5.14* will never go stable and should be removed. So, closed.
