new rsync mirror, see additional

Steps to Reproduce:

servername:  gentoo-rsync.easynet.nl
ip: 195.86.128.68
contact: mirror@nl.easynet.net

this will become a replacement soon for the current gentoo rsync-mirror at
ftp.easynet.nl.
(distfiles will stay @ ftp.easynet.nl, just moving the rsync-part)
plz allow access for this ip @ rsync1.us.gentoo.org.

server will be live asap. (possibly a within a few hours)

machine is a dual P2 400, 4x scsi-disks
and will be dedicated for gentoo-rsync.
(this due to strange performance problems @ ftp.easynet.nl's gentoo-rsync)
hoping to regain a bit of trust this way ;)

What is the old IP address?

old ip-adress is:   195.86.128.57 / ftp.easynet.nl
mind: its just the rsync part thats relocated, distfiles stay at 195.86.128.57

problem with original ftp.easynet.nl fixed btw, so please keep it in rsync-pools.
should you still wish to add an additional server, you're invited to do so.

the old server which still stays with rsync: 195.86.128.57 ! (dont remove)

the potential new one: 195.86.128.68 (still needs access to the master)

(will make a new ticket for the latter, to keep thing tidy :P)
