After downgrading to util-linux-2.18-r1 message 'fsck: fsck.ext4 not found' also appears but *no* 'Error 2 while executing fsck.ext4' and this doesn't stop booting. After downgrading to util-linux-2.18-r1 message 'fsck: fsck.ext4 not found' also appears but *no* 'Error 2 while executing fsck.ext4' and this doesn't stop booting. util-linux-2.19.1 wasn't the reason. e2fsprogs didn't work correctly.
