Bug 365897 – util-linux-2.19.1 prevents fsck.ext4 during boot

After upgrading yesterday to util-linux-2.19.1 system can't boot anymore cause /etc/init.d/checkroot doesn't find fsck.ext4 anymore. 

Downgrading to util-linux-2.18-r1 solves it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. upgrade to util-linux-2.19.1 having filesystem ext4 on /
2. reboot
3.
Actual Results:  
During boot: 

[...]

checking root filesystem
fsck: fsck.ext4 not found
Error 2 while executing fsck.ext4

[...]

System can't boot furthermore (/etc/init.d/checkroot returns error).


Expected Results:  
Normal booting

After downgrading to util-linux-2.18-r1 message 'fsck: fsck.ext4 not found' also appears but *no* 'Error 2 while executing fsck.ext4' and this doesn't stop booting.

util-linux-2.19.1 wasn't the reason.

e2fsprogs didn't work correctly. Reinstalling solved it.
