Snapshot Ebuild

Hi!

I have prepared an ebuild for the Gnome X Scanning Microscopy software. As the application is still in CVS, the ebuild is a live CVS ebuild. The software is used for interfacing with different kinds of microscopes such as scanning probe, atomic probe, or magnetic probe microscopes. It can also function stand-alone without usage of any hardware. Full description is given at http://gxsm.sourceforge.net

I would like to suggest sci-physics/gxsm. The software does not require any use flags but does require a few dependencies. These dependencies are mentioned as requirements in it's manuals and are netcdf, libquicktime, fftw and gnome-common. Compilation is straight forward

I have followed the naming convention specified in the ebuild from the gentoo handbook by adding -cvs to the end of the ebuild file.

Regards,

Omar Khan

The snapshot image itself is a little more than 2Mb. I have uploaded it at http://www.khyber.org/downloads/gxsm-2.0.tar.gz.
