*** Bug 368417 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** 1.30.1 is now out as of July 5th. 1.31.0 Beta 1 came out on the 12th. 1.40.0 Beta 2 August 27th. (In reply to comment #4) > 1.40.0 Beta 2 August 27th. Usually Beta Versions don't make it into portage, as far as i know (There are some exceptions). More interresting is, that 1.30.1 stable is out there. v 1.40.0 stable is now available: http://www.ps3mediaserver.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=12098 Would really like to see a working ebuild for this, with init script and config files... Nothing like having it in Gentoo, but there's a working 1.40.0 ebuild here: http://gpo.zugaina.org/net-misc/ps3mediaserver The setup is a bit different, one could go as far as to call it awkward to work with (Only if you have multiple users using the application, otherwise it's just fine). The various memory leaks appear to be fixed. The various memory leaks appear to be fixed. That would be the ebuild in my overlay. I take it you find the file copy to ~/.ps3mediaserver useful? I was aiming to keep it a bit more simple. vapier: I am willing to take over maintainer-ship of this package if you like; I use it on a daily basis. 1.50.0 Beta 1 Oct 23rd. Any update on this? I bumped the version to 1.40 and made some small improvements. Still no init script, but I may take a look at that soon. Also added myself as a maintainer. |
