I'm try to install pacemaker but didn't.

With what options is it mounted? Post the output of `mount -v | fgrep /tmp' or something. My bet is "noexec" is in there.

tmpfs on /tmp type tmpfs (rw,noexec,nosuid,size=500M)

Disable noexec option for mounted /tmp and install fine. Is pacemaker works with this opion?
