the newly released ebuild still has this problem. ls /usr/lib/scim-1.0/ 0.8.0 0.8.2 the pinyin server loads if one copies it like so: cp /usr/lib/scim-1.0/0.8.2/Server/Server/pinyin.so /usr/lib/scim-1.0/0.8.0/Server/ to fix the bug, the ebuild has to be adjusted accordingly. sorry this has taken so long to fix. it was in fact a mistake all along to install in version specific directories because scim was able to search the non-versioned directories for modules all along. this is now fixed since scim-0.9.0 and scim-chinese-0.2.7 thanks for the report. |
