Doesn't look like a vlc bug. Seems like you downgraded nspr since upgrading xulrunner? (In reply to comment #5) > Doesn't look like a vlc bug. Seems like you downgraded nspr since upgrading > xulrunner? yep; reassigning, maybe a too low dep has been introduced in some xulrunner version Without knowing exactly what xulrunner is installed there is nothing the mozilla team can do for ya. Hi, I might have another "clue". A couple of weeks ago tried Firefox 4. This means that I for a short period installed unstable versions of all packages needed to make that installation. I have this trace left in my /etc/portage/package.keywords # www-client/firefox ~amd64 # net-libs/xulrunner ~amd64 # dev-libs/nss ~amd64 # dev-libs/nspr ~amd64 (they are commented out since then, ie no longer unstable on my system) However, since then I have run emerge --depclean and emerge --update --with-bdeps y --newuse --deep world multiple times. If you are still experiencing problems feel free to reopen bug. Looking at the deps I do not see an issue in current stable systems. |
