sec-policy/selinux-courier-2.20101213-r3 fails to emerge with m4:courier.te:80: ERROR: end of file in string

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge sec-policy/selinux-courier-2.20101213-r3

Actual Results:

fix-services-courier-r3.patch contains a ` at the end of line 28 which causes this

Should be in hardened-dev overlay corrected (without revbump as build fails)

If someone can merge this with portage tree pretty please?

This is now in the tree and stabilized.
