When I use webkit-based browsers, there are artefacts on some animated GIFs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open WebKit-based browser
2. Open any site with animated GIFs
Actual Results:  
Some frames of GIFs are broken

Expected Results:  
Animation should work

I already have a solution.
