Allready in the tree, three hours ago. :) I think we had a misunderstanding here :) The original dssp_pymol.py plugin was updated just after the pymol-plugins-dssp-110412.ebuild was added to the tree. There's an update for sci-chemistry/pymol-plugins-dssp only a few hours later its creation :) The new features are described by the author himself in the provided URL: === The plugin has been updated s.t. it now also recognizes objects.
