Attempted activation of zeitgeist plugin fails in rhythmbox unless gnome-extra/zeitgeist is installed, but rhythmbox ebuild 0.13.3 does not list as a possible dependance.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Check zeitgeist plugin in rhythmbox
Actual Results:  
Receive error message that plugin cannot be activated

Expected Results:  
Zeitgeist plugin starts

1.Install gnome-extra/zeitgeist and dependencies
2.Can activate plugin

The actual problem is that rhythmbox is installing all the python plugins, regardless of whether the deps for them are installed or not.
