When kdelibs 4.6.2 are built with the kdelibs-4.6.2-safestrigi.patch (which is the default), dolphin fails to handle tags. They are not displayed in the info sidebar, not listed in the tooltips and if you want to edit them, the tags are not marked with a tick. 

If you compile kdelibs without this patch, everything works.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build kdelibs-4.6.2
2. Start dolphin
3. Select a file with tags
Actual Results:  
Tags are neither displayed in the info sidebar, nor the tooltip nor in the edit tags dialog

Expected Results:  
Tags work as expected

Workaround: disable the patch
