The package should be patched to use gucharmap-2.pc file instead of gucharmap.pc Line 46 of patch (http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gentoo-x86/app-editors/bluefish/files/bluefish-2.0.0-gucharmap-automagic.patch?revision=1.1&view=markup is wrong) one week and nothing happened :) i hope i am not the only one on eat who noticed this problem. it would be nice if sb can fix and make a bumpt for it. thanks (In reply to comment #1) > The package should be patched to use gucharmap-2.pc file instead of > gucharmap.pc > Line 46 of patch > (http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gentoo-x86/app-editors/bluefish/files/bluefish-2.0.0-gucharmap-automagic.patch?revision=1.1&view=markup > is wrong) i have change the patch like u said but it dont work That configure check is correct. It first checks for gucharmap-2.pc and if not found it tries gucharmap.pc with minimal version. Try to look on your gucharmap version and what .pc files it provides. *** Bug 359127 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** gucharmap-3.0.1 is the gtk3 port of gucharmap, and bluefish *will* fail to compile against it. It needs to be ported to gtk3 to work with gucharmap installed. gucharmap in the gnome overlay is now slotted. gucharmap:2.90 is the gtk3 version. gucharmap:0 is the gtk2 version, and can be used by bluefish and other gtk2 software. The two slots can be installed in parallel. Fixed in main tree. |
