cp'd beta2 ebuild and changed a couple of 2's to 3's. seems to work fine.

only problem i see is, that i overwrites the config file

maybe something with CONFIG_PROTECTION has to be added

This ebuild isn't as version specific, and can be safely bumped when a new beta
comes out.
