Aftet update vzctl from 3.0.24.2 to 3.0.26.2 i found these bugs:
reboot command in VE not work - kernel send event to vzeventd daemon, VE stopped correctly, but script /usr/lib64/vzctl/scripts/vzevent-reboot not started VE.
