Ekiga 3.3.0 can be build with two trivial patches
and newer PTlib (2.8.4) and Opal (3.8.4).

This version work like a sharm without "unable to connect" etc.

Reproducible: Always




PTlib needs to be compiled with --enable-tts, otherwise
opal failed with "undefined reference to `PFactoryLoader::PTextToSpeech_Festival_link()'"

Bump.

Renamed the ebuild to 3.3.2, left the patches as they were, compiled and runs fine.

Latest ekiga version in portage is 3.2.7. I think this bug isn't a duplicate.
