The package is not possible emerge, since there is no longer the download package.

It fetches fine for me. Fix your GENTOO_MIRRORS variable in /etc/make.conf.

But no, the package exists in gentoo, but the website no longer exists in the package, and I would of documentation.

the file is still on the mirrors and it seems to work fine.  not really a bug.
