Could you provide output from: find /usr/lib/ -iname "libmpfr*" ? sure, here: root@KinG-InFeT ~ $ find /usr/lib/ -iname "libmpfr*" /usr/lib/libmpfr.la /usr/lib/libmpfr.a /usr/lib/libmpfr.so /usr/lib/libmpfr.so.4.0.0 /usr/lib/libmpfr.so.4 root@KinG-InFeT ~ $ It looks for me, you've upgraded dev-libs/mpfr from 2.4.* to 3.0.* , removed libmpfr.so.1 and then you run revdep-rebuild . Now you need to copy libmpfr.so.1 from other host to /usr/lib/ then emerge -1 gcc, then rm /usr/lib/libmpfr.so.1 . Get the old dev-libs/mpfr from the URL above, put it in your DISTDIR (and while you're at it, fix the line endings in your /etc/make.conf), then run: emerge -ka =dev-libs/mpfr-2.4.2_p3 After that you should be able to safely upgrade to the new dev-libs/mpfr again. After that, you should run: revdep-rebuild --lib libmpfr.so.1 steps for resolving: 1) run: cp /usr/lib/libmpfr.so /usr/lib/libmpfr.so.1 2) run: emerge -1 gcc _ completed successfully. 3) run: revdep-rebuild --lib libmpfr.so.1 _ but of lesser importance. |
