this may be considered a branding and depend on the USE flag for that no, this doesnt qualify as branding Added to ack-1.94-r1. Thanks |
Created attachment 267219 [details] patch adding gentoo support for the versions of ack in the current tree Ack does not know gentoo filetypes and therefore can not be "just" used on a portage tree. One could add the filetype in .ackrc or always match all files "-a". But on a gentoo system support for gentoo filetypes should be supported. Maybe this is also something to report upstream.
