dev-tcltk/tktray seems to have moved from http://sw4me.com/wiki/Tktray to https://code.google.com/p/tktray/ .

The last version in the portage tree is 1.1-r1. Versions 1.2, 1.3.4, and 1.3.9 are now available from upstream, see https://code.google.com/p/tktray/downloads/list .
