next package from http://pear.phpunit.de for version bump (1.0.0 -> 1.0.4).

also, package coming from third party channel (pear.phpunit.de); is not a
package from pear channel, renaming package name is necessary.

ebuild for version bump

with these version, some php 5.2 use flags are needed (reflection, spl and xml). it's mandatory to write them down (look in this diff) or it's already done with depencies handled in phpunit?
