jabber-server ebuild w/ JUD 0.5
I have no users with which to test JUD. Can you confirm that this new ebuild's
JUD works properly?
Thanks, it works fine now. 3 users confirm this. Also my friend (administrator of another jabber server) said that mu-conferece (version 0.5.1) has critical bugs in it. I think that component should be upgraded too (at least to version 0.5.2, but 0.6.0 is preferred). Reassigning to net-im (I only fixed a syntax error in the ebuilds). The attached ebuild is already in the tree as jabber-server-1.4.3-r1.ebuild. Just needs the mu-conference bump (cant test this). jabber-server-1.4.3-r1.ebuild compiles/works fine. Quote from release notes for v0.5.2 of MU-Conference: "The latest version of MU-Conference, v0.5.2, has just been released. All users are advised to upgrade, as there is a critical bug in the invite handler of v0.5.x which can cause the service to crash." As I know 0.5.2 is bugfix only release so version bump should safe enough. I think mu-conference should be upgraded to this version. Alright then I will unmask for ~x86 with the JUD bump. If anyone can test it with a new mu-conference I'll add that in too, but I can't test this either. |
