Just as the handbook has been updated (see bug 337159) the entire wiki needs a global search-and-replace to change all mentions of (/etc/portage/)package.keywords with package.accept_keywords now that the new file has displace the old one due to semantic conflicts.

If that's gentoo-wiki.com, we don't happen to control that. And since it's a wiki, what is stopping you from editing it yourself?
