Bug 35846 – coreutils compile fails during stage1 catalyst build (hardened)

when building a stage1 w/ catalyst for hardened amd64, coreutils bombs with the following error:

you need m4-1.4-r1 installed -- which, incidentally IS in stable amd64 so I don't know why it wasn't there

ah - looks like a profile problem on my end, sorry for the bug.
