The following packages are part of Emacs proper since at least version 23.1:

app-emacs/calc:
   Included with Emacs 22.1.
   Sources maintained in Emacs tree. Last stand-alone release in 1996.

app-emacs/easypg:
   Included with Emacs 23.1.
   Upstream HOMEPAGE vanished. Last stand-alone release in 2008.

app-emacs/ibuffer:
   Included with Emacs 22.1.
   HOMEPAGE vanished. Last stand-alone release in 2002.

app-emacs/table:
   Included with Emacs 22.1.
   Last stand-alone release in 2002.

app-emacs/tramp:
   Included with Emacs 22.1.
   Stand-alone releases are still available, but considered as "bleeding-edge"
   by upstream.

app-emacs/htmlfontify:
   Included with Emacs 23.2.
   Cannot be compiled with Emacs 23. Last stand-alone release in 2003.
