IUSE="debug doc +largefile test" since 2010/09/08 at least.
Are you suggesting to remove the use flag and only have largefile always on instead ?

I don't think we need to fix this as eggdbus will probably be dropped once bug 353436 and bug 354509 are solved (only needed by old polkit/libgnome-keyring versions)
