emerge pysvn results in a build error when using pycxx-6.2.3

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =pycxx-6.2.3
2. emerge =pysvn-1.7.4
Actual Results:  
Emerge pysvn fails.

Expected Results:  
Emerge should complete fine.

No problem with a downgraded pycxx to version 6.2.2

I have rewritten pycxx-6.2.3-installation.patch to automatically include all required files in case upstream changes required files in the future.

Fixed in dev-python/pycxx-6.2.3-r1.
