Description water 2011-03-06 03:43:36 UTC
I use wicd 1.7.0 .
When I stop wireless connection and reconnect it , the wicd is dead and hard disk runs hardly (At that time I even can not move mouse)
Then I input free command , after several minutes it gives me result: about 2G of SWAP is used .
When I reboot machine , wicd can connect the wireless successfully .
Every time I change setting of wicd or reconnect it , the problem appears.
I update 1.7.0 to 1.7.0-r1 , the problem still exists.

Thanks

Hi, thank you for your report.
Which wicd-interface are you using to connect and disconnect?
The gtk one? or wicd-curses?
Can you confirm, e.g. using "top" instead of "free" that wicd is using all the memory?

Thanks.
