in ebuild kdeplasma-addons COMMON_DEPEND

in my opinion should be

$(add_kdebase_dep kdelibs )
$(add_kdebase_dep kdepimlibs 'semantic-desktop?')

your proposal is not fully correct, but anyway, it is part of the larger -semantic-desktop failure
