On my system media-libs/libdvdcss with doc useflag fail on my system with 
! LaTeX Error: File `sectsty.sty' not found

After installing dev-texlive/texlive-latexextra eveything emerged fine.

When media-libs/libdvdcss with doc would have as build dependency app-doc/doxygen +latex, then doxygen has the build requirement app-text/texlive-2008 +extra which has then the dependcy dev-texlive/texlive-latexextra.

Reproducible: Always
