build log
Here it is.
I've tried to reproduce this without dev-libs/kpathsea being installed, but then it would fail at the configure stage. With all deps installed, it built (src_compile) fine. (In reply to comment #4) > FWIW I don't have kpathsea installed, the installed packages are attached here. How do you not have kpathsea installed? It's a build and runtime dependency of luatex-0.65.0. Something like "emerge -epv luatex" should show kpathsea in the list to install before luatex. Does it show up for you? Also, from the summary it seems you are running "ebuild luatex-0.65.0.ebuild compile" and expecting it to build correctly. Using ebuild directly doesn't pull in the proper build dependencies before compiling which is probably why it fails. Are you calling ebuild directly as the summary suggests? If so, this bug is invalid and you should use emerge. (In reply to comment #6) > Using ebuild directly doesn't pull in the proper build dependencies before compiling which is probably why it fails. Oops - closing this bug. |
