Got: 451
Expected: 436

Dependency required for many other ebuilds.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -avp kde-meta
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Get error that all ebuilds that could satisfy dependency are masked

Expected Results:  
Well, possibly should have install KDE...

Can't reproduce either. If it persists after syncing the tree, then please paste your `emerge --info' output in a comment, as well as the relevant information from /var/log/emerge.log about the exact mirror you synced (last) with.
