The app-vim/vcscommand plugin is a replacement for the obsolete and unmaintained app-vim/cvscommand and app-vim/svncommand plugins. I'd like to get it stabilized on the arches that have versions of cvscommand or svncommand marked stable so the old plugins can be removed from the tree.
