Changelog:
* Version bump
* Added expat, bzip2 and zlib as mandatory dependancies
* Added media-libs/flac as dependancy if oggvorbis USE-flag is set.

(because we don't have a specific flac-useflag and FLAC is now part of the OGG-project)

0.7.7 (which is now in cvs) is the latest one which compiles with gcc2

bugreporting on the homepage is not working
