Bug 356465 – missing files in dev-lang/php for php-5.3.5

The php ebuild was updated, but the necessary files and eblits were not. ;)

The following comments provide eprefixified eblits necessary for php-5.3.5 as well as the missing apache2 config files. There are still some more files missing [1], but I don't know if they're necessary for php-5.3.5 at all.

I hope I didn't forget to prefix anything in the eblits, but php-5.3.5 works right now as intended.
