Bug 356425 – dev-php5/eaccelerator-0.9.6.1 incorrectly handles open_basedir value

First opening of test file is without error, all next tries gives effect :
Warning: require(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File() is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/localhost/htdocs/) in /var/www/localhost/htdocs/test.php on line 5

I tried patch atteched in ticket 396, it solves this problem (but i didn't tried it in production). Imho, devs doesn't care about this, could we have this patch in tree? Now, php(5.3)+eaccelerator makes using open_basedir impossible.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
To reproduce error we need apache2, php and eaccelerator.
1. put test.php in correct docroot, touch test2.php in the same dir
2. open url to test.php twice (or more) times
3.

Actual Results:  
Incorrect warning about open_basedir restriction

Expected Results:  
Execute php script without warning.
