Start KSIrc
Connections -> new server
Minimize the PARENT window

Thats it, now it will be in the tray area, completly inacessible.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start KSIrc
2. Connections -> new server
3. Minimize the PARENT window
Actual Results:  
Left and right click does not work on the icon. 

Expected Results:  
1. close new server window and then minimize. 
or  
2. minimize and then still work
