Bug 356107 – =gnome-extra/evolution-data-server-2.32.2 fails to build without ssl USE

Found during x86 archtesting for bug 353436.  Triggered for instance by the following USE-combi:

Looks similar to old bug 327893

Will report to upstream but I don't think this should block stabilization

Actually, looking at it again it looks like .la file business to me.  I will
try some revdep-rebuild cycles.

Upstream want ssl support to be forced on, will work on it on next revbump then
